- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Belgium – €7.95 (DPD)
- Germany – €7.95 (DPD)
Size exchanges include a free return.
- Visit our return portal and enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Select the products you want to exchange and choose the correct size.
- You’ll receive a free return label.
- Once you drop off your return at the service point, we’ll send your new size with free shipping.

Visit our return portal and enter your order number and e-mail address. Select the return reason and upload photos. Our Customer Service team will contact you with a solution.

1. Report the product you want to exchange easily via our returns portal by entering your order number and e-mail address.
2. Choose the right size (visible when available).
3. Make sure you return your package within 30 days.
4. When you've dropped off your return, you will automatically receive your new size.
Return costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 (DHL/DPD).
For Belgium the return costs are €7.95 if you send it via DHL/DPD.
For Germany the return costs are €7.95(DHL/DPD).
We will take care of the shipping costs for exchanges!
