Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 24.02.2025
1. General
1.1 These terms apply to all offers, sales, and agreements between SIZZ the brand and customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, and other applicable regions.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1.3 SIZZ the brand reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will apply to future orders.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 An agreement is formed once SIZZ the brand confirms your order.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders within 5 business days without explanation.
2.3 Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
2.4 Payment must be made at checkout unless using a post-payment method (e.g., Klarna). Klarna's terms apply if selected.
2.5 If payment is not received on time, we may cancel your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, and other selected EU countries.
3.2 Shipping times vary and are estimates only. If delivery is delayed, you will be notified.
3.3 If an order is lost in transit, contact us for a resolution (replacement or refund).
3.4 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Customers have 30 days from receipt to return items.
4.2 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4.4 Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
4.5 Items not eligible for return:
- Personalized/custom products
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
- Digital/downloadable products
5. Warranty & Defects
5.1 If an item is defective, report it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
5.2 Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
6. Liability
6.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
6.2 We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost income, business disruptions, or personal losses.
6.3 In case of disputes, Dutch law applies, and legal matters will be handled in Groningen, Netherlands.
7. Promotions & Gift Cards
7.1 Gift cards are valid for one year from the issue date.
7.2 If you return an item purchased with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card with the same expiration date.
7.3 Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., supplier issues, strikes, technical failures).
8.2 Without written permission, you may not transfer any rights or obligations from this agreement to a third party.
8.3 If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
