Need a different size? Register your return and pick your new size. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your return label is free. Returning from another country? Return shipping is at your own expense (see return costs below). We always ship your new size free of charge.
Store Credit + Free Label
Want a different item? Choose store credit. Your credit never expires, so shop with it whenever you want. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your return label is free. Returning from another country? Return shipping is at your own expense (see return costs below).
Refund
Return shipping is at your own expense in all countries. Once we've processed your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
You remain responsible for completing your payment, regardless of the return option you choose.
- You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
- All products must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
1. Report the product you want to exchange easily via our returns portal by entering your order number and e-mail address.
2. Choose the right size (visible when available).
3. Make sure you return your package within 30 days.
4. When you've dropped off your return, you will automatically receive your new size.

Send an email to our Customer Service team (contact@sizzthebrand.com) with a photo of the product. They'll get back to you with a solution. Or use our return portal and select the right return reason, we'll take it from there.
