Return Policy

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Netherlands – €6.95 (DHL/DPD)
  • Belgium – €7.95 (DPD)
  • Germany - €7.95 (DPD)
  • Size-exchanges come with a free return!


Free size exchange

Need a different size? No problem!

  • Visit our return portal and enter your order number + e-mail address.

  • Select the products you want to exchange and select the right size.

  • We will offer you a free return label and send you your new size, with free shipping, when you've dropped off your return at the service point! Sale items only come with a free shipment of the new size.

  • Drop-off your return at a servicepoint within 30 days.

  • Some products on the website might be pre-order items, these won't be visible as an exchange. We suggest you choose store-credit to order these.


Incorrect or Damaged Product?

  • Visit our return portal and enter your order number + e-mail address.
  • Select the return reason for you incorrect or damaged product and upload pictures of the product.
  • Our Customer Service team will contact you about a solution!

1. Report the product you want to exchange easily via our returns portal by entering your order number and e-mail address.

2. Choose the right size (visible when available).

3. Make sure you return your package within 30 days.

4. When you've dropped off your return, you will automatically receive your new size.

Return costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 (DHL/DPD).

For Belgium the return costs are €7.95 if you send it via DHL/DPD.

For Germany the return costs are €7.95(DHL/DPD).

We will take care of the shipping costs for exchanges!
