- You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

- Netherlands – €6.95 (DHL / DPD)
- Belgium – €7.95 (DPD)
- Germany – €7.95 (DPD)

Size Exchanges (NL & BE only)
Size exchanges are free for most orders in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For selected promotional and heavily discounted orders, return shipping costs may apply. Any applicable costs will be clearly shown in the return portal before you complete your exchange. Shipping of your replacement size is always free.
How it works
- Visit our return portal and enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred size.
- Follow the instructions in the portal.
- Once your return is on its way, we'll ship your replacement size free of charge.
Incorrect or damaged product?
Visit our return portal and enter your order number and e-mail address. Select the return reason and upload photos. Our Customer Service team will contact you with a solution.

1. Report the product you want to exchange easily via our returns portal by entering your order number and e-mail address.
2. Choose the right size (visible when available).
3. Make sure you return your package within 30 days.
4. When you've dropped off your return, you will automatically receive your new size.
Return costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 (DHL/DPD).
For Belgium the return costs are €7.95 if you send it via DHL/DPD.
For Germany the return costs are €7.95(DHL/DPD).
We will take care of the shipping costs for exchanges!
