Want to return something? These are your options.

Exchange
Need a different size? Register your return and pick your new size. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your return label is free. Returning from another country? Return shipping is at your own expense (see return costs below). We always ship your new size free of charge.

Store credit
Want a different item? Choose store credit. Your credit never expires, so shop with it whenever you want. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your return label is free. Returning from another country? Return shipping is at your own expense (see return costs below).

Refund
Return shipping is at your own expense in all countries. Once we've processed your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Return costs:

  • Netherlands – €6.95 (DHL or DPD)
  • Belgium – €7.95 (DPD)
  • Germany – €7.95 (DPD)
  • Austria – €8.95 (DPD)
  • Denmark – €8.95 (DPD)
  • Italy – €8.95 (DPD)
  • Spain – €8.95 (DPD)
  • Sweden – €8.95 (DPD)

 

Good to know

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Paid with a buy now, pay later service? You remain responsible for completing your payment, regardless of the return option you choose.
  • For selected promotional and sale orders, return costs may apply. You'll always see this upfront in the return portal.

 

How it works

  1. Go to our return portal and log in with your order number and email address.
  2. Choose the solution you prefer for every item: exchange, store credit or refund.
  3. Follow the steps in the portal and ship your package.
  4. Exchanging? Your new size ships free as soon as your return is on its way. Store credit? You'll receive your credit by email.

 

Incorrect or damaged product?
Send an email to our Customer Service (contact@sizzthebrand.com), including a photo of the product. They'll get back to you with a solution.

Exchanges come with a free shipment (NL+BE).

RETURN PRODUCTS ➜

- You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

- All products must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1. Report the product you want to exchange easily via our returns portal by entering your order number and e-mail address.

2. Choose the right size (visible when available).

3. Make sure you return your package within 30 days.

4. When you've dropped off your return, you will automatically receive your new size.

Return costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 (DHL/DPD).

For Belgium the return costs are €7.95 if you send it via DHL/DPD.

For Germany the return costs are €7.95(DHL/DPD).

We will take care of the shipping costs for exchanges!
